VEM is committed to providing high quality internship opportunities. Interns will dive right in to the everyday activities of Vision Event Management; learn, travel, make real decisions and provide support at real events. We hire highly talented and capable people and give them real responsibilities.
EVENT MANAGEMENT INTERN
We encourage our interns to bring fresh ideas that enhance the experience of current participants or ideas to create a new event altogether. Event Management interns focus on both the nuts and bolts of the event management, as well as the marketing side of the event. Interns will be able to see every detail of an event come to fruition. You will be turning creative and outgoing energy into more participants at events, as well as finding realistic solutions that are a constant part of the event world. Duties include, but are not limited to: logistics, participant services, volunteer recruitment & management, vendor order, grassroots outreach, entertainment and general support.
All interns will receive a stipend.
Any undergraduate student who is currently enrolled or accepted to an accredited college or university.
Short term internships are a minimum of three months. Although VEM prefers full-time interns and feels that leads to the best experience, we are open to part-time opportunities. Each internship differs and the time commitment will be agreed upon by VEM.

Vision Event Managment is always looking for fresh, new faces to help us out with our many events! If you are interested in being one of our weekend warriors and are willing to travel to many locations, let us know.
Being a part of the crew would include setting up race site, managing certain race areas and tearing down race site. Some crew member jobs can be physically demanding and a majority of the positions are based outside. Grab your work gloves and your sunscreen and join our team!

Joining the marketing team would mean distributing event fliers to events and local running stores, restaurants and anywhere you see fit! This is an hourly paid position.
