

The 13.1® Atlanta race starts and ends on the beautiful Oglethorpe University campus beside the quadrangle. After exiting the Oglethorpe campus, the runners complete a 6-mile loop south of the campus, then complete a 7-mile loop north of the campus, then return to Oglethorpe for the finish line and post-race festivities on campus. Over 3,300 participants took part in the 3rd Annual 13.1 Atlanta in 2011.

13.1® Chicago is one of the latest craze in themed half-marathons so come ready to experience some of the best Blues Music and deep dish pizza! This race is about the run, the fun, the sights and the experience. It is truly one of a kind and a very fun running experience. The 16th Running of the Chicago Half Marathon & 5K takes place on Sunday, September 9, 2012. The event has sold out the past three years with the 15th Annual event reaching 20,500 participants. The Chicago Half is the fifth largest half marathon in the U.S. and the 21st largest road race in the country. The Chicago Half Marathon gives you the chance to run on Lake Shore Drive! This scenic 13.1 mile course will start and finish in Jackson Park and showcase the south lakefront and the Jackson Park Golf Course. The Lake Shore Drive stretch offers beautiful views of the great Chicago Skyline.

The Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon, Half Marathon & 10K is one of the longest standing running traditions in the Midwest. Celebrating its 34th anniversary in 2011, it is one of the 50 oldest marathons in the US. Each year, Cleveland hosts more than 10,000 thousand runners and walkers and thousands more spectators for its various events over Race Weekend.

The St.Vincent Geist Half Marathon & 5K will mark its 4th year in 2011. This boutique race has sold out the first three years and will sell out at 6,500 runners and walkers in 2011! Proceeds benefit health and wellness programs in local schools. Participants benefit from the scenery with water views while running over five bridges along the tree lined winding course and the beautiful Geist Reservoir.

In its first 4 years, the Publix Georgia Marathon & Half Marathon® has established itself as a premier destination long distance running event that appeals to elite runners, wheelchair athletes, and everyday runners and walkers. With over 17,000 registered and over 14,000 participants in its inaugural year, the event was one of the largest inaugural marathon combo races in history. With equally exciting annual event races in following years, the Publix Georgia Marathon & Half Marathon® has become “A True Southern Tradition”.

The fifth annual Great Prostate Cancer Challenge will be held on Saturday, September 22, at 8 a.m., at the Carmel, Indiana office of Urology of Indiana to coincide with National Prostate Cancer Awareness month.

Kent’s Run established to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and to honor the life of Kent Ribordy, a Boone Grove High School student / athlete who passed away in June 2007. Kent's Run has raised over $76,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in its first 3 years.

The Little Rock Marathon and companion races are a running and walking tour through the scenic streets of Arkansas' capital city. Come enjoy our lively brand of southern hospitality with over 8,000 of your closest friends.

The 4th Running of the Madison Mini-Marathon & 5K takes place on Saturday, August 18, 2012. The Madison Mini is a must-do on the Wisconsin running calendar. The Mini utilizes the famous University of Wisconsin Student Union as the host location for this event. UW grads or first timers to Madison will get to experience one of Madison's treasures as our packet pick-up will be in the famous UW Union and our post-race party will be on the UW Memorial Union Terrace on Lake Mendota. Participants will enjoy the beauty of Madison from the University of Wisconsin Campus, State Street, Wisconsin State Capital, the University of Wisconsin Arboretum and the wonderful views of the lakes. The event has SOLD OUT its first two years with the 2nd Annual Mini selling out at 4,750 participants in 2010.

The World’s Largest Music Festival just got a little more sole. Join thousands of runners at the 2nd Annual Summerfest Rock ‘n Sole Run presented by BMO Harris Bank on Saturday, June 23, 2012. All routes will begin and end at Henry Maier Festival Park and will provide participants the unique opportunity to run the Daniel Hoan Memorial Bridge, a Milwaukee landmark offering stunning views of the downtown skyline, Lake Michigan and the Summerfest grounds.

University High School's Spirit Run is an annual 5K run/walk that brings people of all ages together to celebrate life and the spirit of young people. We invite you to "Run, Live, and Remember" with us!

The Steris 5K will mark its 23rd year in 2012. The event, in conjunction with the AALAS convention, travels each year to the site of the convention. Conventioneers have the opportunity to enjoy the sights of America’s great cities.

The Ghosts & Goblins 5K/2K and Wellness Fair, presented by the Carmel Education Foundation, is a fundraising event to support the Carmel Education Foundations mission. Since 1966, CEF has awarded over $1.6 million in scholarships to Carmel High School students and annually provides education grants to teachers in the Carmel Clay Schools for classroom enrichment and instructional and curriculum development.
