Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin will accept food donations on race day. Volunteers will be on hand accepting donations at Packet Pick-up and on Race Day at the Feeding America Truck. Suggested nonperishable items to donate include: peanut butter, cereal, tuna, canned fruits and vegetables, pasta, rice and canned soup.

Monetary donations will also be accepted. Every $1 donated provides 3 meals to a hungry neighbor.

Won’t be in Milwaukee for Thanksgiving?  Do the “Outta Town Dash Around”!

Your registration will include a super soft race hoodie! The hoodie will be mailed to you at the address you provide on the registration form.

*Please note that we cannot guarantee that your hoodie will be delivered by Thanksgiving.

How Do I Fundraise?

Help us raise more money for Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin on your own!

Log into your Race Roster account (or create a new account) and create a fundraising page & goal (located at the bottom of your dashboard)/ Then, share your fundraising page with your friends, family and on a social media so that they can support your goal and donate to the cause!

We need 100+ volunteers to make this a successful event! Volunteer positions begin at 7:00am and are finished by 10:00am, and they include Packet Pick-Up, Finish Line, Course, and the Water Station. A. Online registration for the Drumstick Dash will close on Tuesday, November 20th at 11:59 PM CST. Paper registration forms must be postmarked by Thursday, November 17th. Race day registration will be available.

A. For the 5K Adults, the Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female prizes will be awarded. There are no age group awards. Also, the first 10 participants that beat Dash The Turkey win a Gift Certificate!

A. Each participant must have his/her own registration. In the event of an emergency, race official must have emergency contact information on hand, therefore you are NOT allowed to participate using someone else’s registration. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
