The 6th Annual Drumstick Dash 5K presented by Sendik’s Food Market returns to Miller Park on Thanksgiving morning (Thursday, November 23, 2017) at 8:30 AM. The Drumstick Dash 5K is a 3.1-mile run/walk benefiting Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, where each $1 donated provides 3 meals to a hungry neighbor in Eastern Wisconsin. Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin will accept food donations on race day. Volunteers will be on hand accepting donations. Suggested nonperishable items to donate include: peanut butter, cereal, tuna, canned fruits and vegetables, pasta, rice and canned soup.

Monetary donations will also be accepted. Every $1 donated provides 3 meals to a hungry neighbor.

Outta Town Dash Around

Won’t be in Milwaukee for Thanksgiving?  Do the “Outta Town Dash Around”!

Your registration will include a race shirt! The shirt will be mailed to you before Thanksgiving at the address you provide on the registration form. Take your shirt with you and run, and know that you’re providing food for a neighbor in need.

How Do I Fundraise?

Help us raise more money for Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin on your own!

Log into your Race Roster account (or create a new account) and create a fundraising page & goal (located at the bottom of your dashboard)/ Then, share your fundraising page with your friends, family and on a social media so that they can support your goal and donate to the cause!

We need 100+ volunteers to make this a successful event! Volunteer positions begin at 7:00am and are finished by 10:00am, and they include Packet Pick-Up, Finish Line, Course, and the Water Station. A. Online registration for the Drumstick Dash will close on Tuesday, November 22nd at 11:59 PM CST. Paper registration forms must be postmarked by Thursday, November 17th. Race day registration will be available.

A. Each participant must have his/her own registration. In the event of an emergency, race official must have emergency contact information on hand, therefore you are NOT allowed to participate using someone else’s registration. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
